Welcome to Austin T-Shirts and More! By placing an order for any printing services offered by Austin T-Shirts and More, including DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing, Sublimation, and UV DTF Printing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
Service Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of our DTF, Sublimation, and UV DTF Printing services (the "Services"). By utilizing any of these Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Printing Services Offered
- DTF Printing: Direct-to-Film printing involves printing designs onto a special film and transferring them onto garments or other surfaces using heat.
- Sublimation: Sublimation uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as fabric, metal, or plastic. This process is best suited for white or light-colored surfaces made of polyester or coated items.
- UV DTF Printing: UV DTF Printing uses UV light to cure ink during printing, producing durable and vibrant designs. This method is ideal for harder surfaces like glass or metal.
Order Requirements
To place an order for printing services, the following information is required:
- Design: You must provide a print-ready design file in an acceptable format (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PDF). Austin T-Shirts and More is not responsible for any errors or inconsistencies in the design file provided.
- Garment or Surface Specifications: Specify the type of garment or material to be printed on. Sublimation requires polyester or polymer-coated surfaces, while DTF and UV DTF have broader material compatibility.
File Submission and Conversion Process
All files submitted for printing must be processed through Photoshop, where we convert them to a TIFF file. This conversion is necessary for compatibility with our DTF software, which requires the TIFF format to correctly identify where to lay the white ink background.
Known Issues with Canva Designs:
- Font Matching: Canva may not always find an exact match for fonts in the imported design.
- Color Editing: Editing colors can be challenging, especially with raster images.
- Image Limitations: Canva limits designs to 1,200 images per page.
- Complex Layers: Canva does not support advanced layer styles like "Multiply."
- Bleed Zones: Photoshop does not support bleed areas in Canva files.
- Conversion Issues: Designs with many pages or layers may experience errors during conversion.
Important Notice: Due to these limitations, as of September 14, 2024, Austin T-Shirts and More will no longer be responsible for any issues arising from files, images, or designs created using Canva. Refunds will not be offered for related issues.
Turnaround Times
- Same-Day Service: Orders placed by 3:00 PM CST may qualify for same-day service.
- Next-Day Shipping: Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours after design submission. Larger orders may require additional time, and you will be notified of any delays.
Quality and Color Disclaimer
Due to variations in monitor displays and the differences between digital and physical printing processes, there may be slight variations in color. We strive to match your design as closely as possible, but color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations and Changes
Once an order is placed and production begins, cancellations or changes are not permitted. If you need to make changes before printing, you can request an edit from your order confirmation. However, if your order is already in the production queue, the edit request will be denied. To request an edit, click on "View Order," and select the "Edit" button next to your order details. Once submitted, your request will be either approved or declined, with reasons provided if declined.
Shipping and Delivery
Austin T-Shirts and More offers multiple shipping options, including free standard shipping for certain VIP members. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our printing services, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the product due to a printing error on our part, we will work with you to correct the issue.
Limitation of Liability
Austin T-Shirts and More is not responsible for:
- Damage to materials not provided by Austin T-Shirts and More.
- Designs or images supplied by customers that result in infringement of intellectual property rights.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the printing services provided, and we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any designs, logos, or artwork submitted for printing. Austin T-Shirts and More assumes no liability for intellectual property claims arising from your use of unlicensed or copyrighted material.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Austin T-Shirts and More reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future orders placed after the changes have been made.

Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items purchased from Austin T-Shirts and More, we offer the following return policy:
- Return Period: You may return non-custom items within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Receipt Requirement: To process a return, you must provide a valid receipt or digital receipt as proof of purchase, clearly indicating the item(s) you wish to return.
- Condition of Items: The non-custom item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refund Method: Refunds for eligible non-custom items will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
How to Initiate a Return if Ordered Online
To initiate a return for a non-custom item, please follow these steps:

Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to addresses within the 50 United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs

Local Pickup
If you prefer to pick up your order locally, please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. Please note: If you mistakenly choose a shipping option when you intended to select local pickup, we do not offer any refunds on the shipping fees. Be sure to review your shipping method carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Undeliverable Packages
